What Doug says is true. Statulo.us is a pretty sweet tool, and its easy to use. There is an initial learning curve when entering the first few Custom WOD's and stats, but it gets really easy. A nice feature is you can even TEXT your WOD results/stats from your phone right to your log!

Brett, here's the video I mentioned today. It starts off great, a little slow in the middle, but there's cavemen at the end. Who new all you needed was some dead animal boots and gloves with spikes on them to be tough?

Why work on a weakness when I can just do this WOD. DU's and Box Jumps, my two biggest goats!!!

anyway.. 17:38(?) something ridiculous like that. 135# for the deadlifts and 30 DU's.

Cashout: practiced T2B/kipping. Thanks Kristi and Nick. My kip jumped light years ahead today.

Came back at 4:30 for yeasterday's WOD with Michelle...good times!! 15:25, 65#OHSQ, single for first 20 ring dips then red for second 20, 55# push press(yuck) and 1pd.

Forgot to mention that I witnessed one of the GREATEST warm-ups today. As I arrived at W'town box, there was Atlee, outside, splitting wood ... on purpose.

The best part --- after only 4 pieces, he collapsed on his back in typical Crossfit fashion !!!

Those 8 pieces of wood should keep you warm for at least 30 minutes Nick.

Nice! For the main site wods, it makes graphs plotting all your times. And you can use the "search" feature to find previous wods and exercises. Sick!

Feeling a little tight today after doing the WOD yesterday in 15:42
with 135#.

Really gatta work on my double unders a little more, but over all feelin like it was a good work out!
