WOD: 6:07 @ 115 lbs ... 32 sec PR !!!
Lift: 45, 55, 65 This was a weird movement, but my lest set still felt strong.
Wod: 80 lbs./single band 10:36
I am super stoked about snatching 80 lbs. It was a PR today just doing one, and I did all 20! :) (although it wasn't always pretty)

Absolutely going crazy!! Haven't been in since Thursday, really though I was going to get in there today but my Lily has been so sick all day!
Hopefully see everyone tomorrow unless I unless I am the lucky next recipient of this nasty stomach bug...

still feeling some lingering flu effects but felt so good to get back into the swing of things today. struggled with the lift today....leaning so far forward. 45-55-65 (once)
wod: 9:19 70lbs/red band/knees to elbow with a t2b here and there. super pumped about my snatch weight...the most weight i've done in a workout previously was 55lbs. thanks nick for making me step it up. clearly i need someone to just dictate the weight i should be doing. see you tomorrow!

I was rolling along feeling money until it happened...I dropped the bar on myself! Ha. It was pretty goofy. What are you gonna do, learning experience for sure. I CAN NOT WAIT to hit up "The Everett" again. Crushed myself on my last snatch rep of the wod and my time was in the low 3's. Disappointing but I think I'm gonna be ok!
Couple other things too...
I'm signing up for the metro dash in camden on April 30th. This thing looks awesome! Has crossfit written all over it! Would love to see some fellow OTG'ers there!

First time doing this WOD, can't tell yet where I lost most of my time but it seems that my snatches were slow, couldn't quite touch and go like Doug was doing.
