Lift:95-105-110-115-120(f), I would have had it over my head if I dropped low enough. Was pissed off!!!Kept messing around after and was able to clean 125 and almost had it overhead...just gotta keep working on technique. But at least I can say I cleaned 125 now. Thanks for helping me Joe:)

My split jerk needs a lot of work.

Ring Pushups were the deal breaker on the WOD, really broke up the last round.

I was happy today because Nick said I did my best looking cleans ever, but I kept doing a press with the jerk part.. have to keep working on that!

so I practiced at 75 and did 85, and 95 definitely room to move up if I can get the technique right!

Since we're closed on New Years Day I will do my birthday wod tomorrow!

wod: 9:17 ring push ups def slowed me down....had to scale those suckers. good one today! Way to kill it 930.

Oops! Darn! That wasn't the lift today! :)One more thing to add to the long list of things to work on!
WOD: 7:40 scaled ring push up and I know hollow rock wasn't pretty.

pissed about missing 115, i know i can clean that. i got unnaturally nervous tonight, and that was the end.
WOD: 8:44, scaled rpu, but getting lower. Hate hollow rocks so much.

If I didn't push press on my jerk like a jackass, I can get 245 or more I know it, but need work on technique

WOD: 5:27. last round of ring push ups only broken movement, still rough on the bodyweight stuff.
