If you want to be truely inspired, check out the Crossfit Journal, there is a story about a girl named Marissa. A great Crossfit story and another reason why Crossfit is the best out there. You would never see something like this going on in a globo gym.

Great job 6:30! Pistols were awkward. Did 3x3 with no added weight. Feel down 3 times.

Wod- 12 rounds + 5 + 5. Fought for those last reps pretty hard.

Well, it wasn't pretty (at all)but I managed to pull off an acceptable (to myself & Mark) T2B! Thanks for the push Mark! I can already feel the lower abs!

wod: did 55lb push press instead of hspu and 14 sit ups instead of t2b. 7 + 5 +5

safe to say that i didn't get very far with the pistols.

getting better at the pistols, I can get pretty close to full depth on the right leg and a little less on the left
