Met "Grace" for the first time today....I've heard about this WOD for a long time and heard it kicks ass and it's quick..very true! I was extremely nervous, not sure if I should have tried to rx or not but Joe told me to go for it and I'm glad I did..thanks Joe:)

In hindsight I could've done 95 but would've been alot slower.
Hopefully work doesn't beat me up to much tonight, so I can come in tomorrow!
Lift: 135 185 185 worked on wider stance and depth
WOD: 3:40 rx'd which is 1:16 SLOWER then the last time (also rx'd), not a good day, Grace got the best of me...this won't happen again!
Wasn't sure about this one, 135 seemed a bit heavy for me to get done within 5 minutes (which was the mark set by coach) did 115 in 3minutes flat, next time will go at least 125 and go harder!

WOD: 6:46 which is 1:10 slower than my introduction to Grace, the slut. Really lost leg & hip drive on the 13th rep. It was all down hill from there. Happy about the PR though!

Haven't done Grace since a year ago today! Kept missing it. 59 sec slower, but 20lbs heavier. Looking forward to RX next time!

Sometimes, I think it's hard to pick the appropriate weight.
I did 85 lbs. today and finished in 4:16, which was a 2 minute PR. I am pretty sure that I should have gone for 95 today. I may not have stayed in the 5 min range, but who knows! Next time, Grace!
