We are a product of how we react to situations...

REST DAY!!

I'm now taking orders for our custom Black 'Off The Grid' Long Socks.
Just shoot me an email as to your size (Youth/Small, Intermediate, Adult-this was the size that we sold earlier) and quantity.  The socks are $10/pair.
If we get enough orders, I'd like to experiment w/ some different colors.
Any ideas?

Start thinking PALEO....
Have you tried any great

Paleo
recipes?  If so, we would love to try them too!!
Post your 2 favorite!!

We will be having a 60-Day Paleo/PR Challenge starting Monday Jan 10, 2011 and finishing  March 12, 2011.  The PR Challange consists of a workout that is done on Monday, 1/10/11 at both boxes and repeated on Saturday, 3/12/11 in Williamstown to measure improvement.

The Paleo Challenge starts Monday 1/10/11 where we will take measurements (body fat % and lean muscle mass) and you will start a private and public log of your Paleo intake through a point system.  It's $30 for the PR Challenge and $30 for the Paleo Challenge, but if you want to compete in both it's $50. Ca$h Prizes for both!! More details to follow!!

We will be holding a Paleo Seminar on Jan 8, 2011, the Saturday prior to the Challenge to help answer any questions on the in's and out's of Paleo. Time to be announced. Cost is $50.

The Paleo Challenge and the Paleo Seminar are great ways to help refine: your knowledge of quality food, be held accountable for what you're eating on a daily basis and to use the OTG Community as a support system to get you through your tough spots.
Let's eat well together!!

You can crockpot your chicken (or other protein choice) instead.

The site's a little old. But, you'll find some good recipes here.

Really looking forward to starting the week!

Hope everyone is feeling great!

How bad was that first drop into the river? I couldn't get my breath until someone told me you could walk after like 20 yards...

Did you do well on the monkey bars I made it exactly to the first bar and fell because it was buttered to shit.

Tony-haha the water was AWFUL!! Matt had to grab me by the wrist and pull me off the ledge. Matt made it the farthest of the 3 of us on the monkey bars...bar #4. It was fun though. How did your 15 layers hold up?

Nick pink socks please!!!

The layers helped I don't envy the morons who ran the race shirtless. My OTG socks are pretty beat up and muddy but I repped the box and talked to a guy named Aaron Thomas from the Progenex stand that knew you Nick.

I'm glad you guys had a great time at the mudder!!
Yeah, Aaron's a good guy.

Baked Tilapia:

My original recipe uses Newmans Own Lite Lime Dressing(If that's not paleo enough for you make salad dressing with Lime juice/ oil/vinegar and season to taste)

Dredge the fish in the dressing and layer in a pyrex dish(pour some dressing on the bottom of the dish so that the fish doesn't stick) we used 8 pieces of fish. I would avoid layering high use two dishes if need be. Slice a beefsteak tomato and place that on top of the fish sprinkle with dill. Cover with foil and bake for 10-15min at 350 or until fish is white and flakes. Paired it with sauteed Zucchini. Enjoy!
