Nick, do you think you can re-post the results? Tried it from a few different computers with no luck. Is it working for anyone else?

How about "Because you are better than you think, and we can prove it"

Not sure I like "Embrace the suck" on a t-shirt, not anyone I would want to wear :)

Here's 2....

Don't confuse enthusiasm with capability

or...mine from Saturday...

Wish it was easier..don't wish you were better...

If you don't put some variation of what JP wrote on the blog yesterday on a shirt you are fools.

"I left a beaten slab of meat, woke up a little tender, feeling every bit alive". That sure sums up crossfit for me and I'd wear it!

all good now. got the results using the link from last week.

Lift: 115, 125 (9) ... weight got out in front of me ... definitely could've made that weight.

WOD: 6 rds. + 1 OHSQ ... Rx'd

Leanna, that was so funny! And I think that would look funny on a cf t-shirt-only a crossfitter would truly get it not to mention that I do wish it was easier most of the time.

How about, "I live for Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness"

Lift: 75lbs, 85lbs
Wod: rx 5 rds.

Can't think of any quotes but I'm on a "facing your fears" kick....if I think of something good I'll post it up.

"Go ahead, cry, you'll be fine"

"How do you spell Fear? W.O.D."

Some of these are so funny, I like Atlee's the DOMS the best.

Saw this one on some guy's back:
"Strength is nothing more than how well you hide the pain..."

Here's a few...

"Courage is the power to let go of the familiar"

"Effort is only effort when it begins to hurt"

"Only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go"

Thanks for the props Tony!

I have a few I've thought of before:

BURPEES... it's WODs for breakfast!
-----------------------------------
Built by blood, sweat & tears.
Designed by Crossfit.
-----------------------------------
I used to only THINK I could.
Now I KNOW I can.
-----------------------------------
(on the front is a stick figure logo for handstand pushup)
(printed upside down on the back)
If you can read this, her name is DIANE

I like the shirt that sone people had saying "addicted to rx'd wods"

PaddyMcD said...

nice one today, great 9:30 crew as usual
Lift: 75 (13), 75
WOD: 85 lbs, red band, 3 rds, +6+6+5

here's a few:
"you supply the puke, we'll supply the bucket"

"CrossFit, we'll take you where you didn't know you could go"

"we'll change you from the inside out"

and that one on the main site was cool, i think from CrossFit Harlem; "unfuckwithable"

Atlee said...

I like the funny ones, more inside joke like. The really serious and emotional ones sound kind of corny. Does this mean we're getting a new logo too? No more crossfit.org!!

After my performance on the 3rd WOD, my shirt should say, "Learn to Clean, Jerk!

Joe O said...

Clean it
Jerk it
Snatch it

Its what we do

Lol no really, big dawg has some good quotes but he's holding out on us!

Lift: 135(15) and 155(15)

Wod rx'd 6rds +4 ohsq. Felt tired, threw a temper tantrum, sorry guys lol not all wods can be tulips and roses. Nice job 530!

Favorite quote of all time

"I will bite off challenges, spit out results, and beg for more. What are you gonna do?"

"I crossfit, therefore I am better than you."

Lift: 55-55 each 15 unbroken.

WOD: 65, blue band.

Why I lifted more in the WOD than the lift...I have no idea.

Good quotes all around, I agree, I like the funny inside joke stuff.
Somewhere on a shirt should be 21-15-9.

Bambi said...

Maybe-"for a good time-call Fran 21-15-9" (that's Fran right?)

Lift: 45-55

WOD: attempted to do 65lbs and failed during the first round so went down to 55lbs. lost some time adjusting my weight. Green and single bands. Finally got rid of the red band...thanks Justin and Kelli for making dump that security band. 4 rds +6+6+1. Tough one today...still feeling pretty beat from Saturday but glad to be back in the swing of things.

loving all the quote ideas...my brain is too fried from grading essays to think of anything right now. see you guys tomorrow!
