"The Countdown"

3 min Max KB Swings 1.5/1pd
2 min T2B
1 min Max HSPU's 45/35lb plates to abmats

then immediately following:

WOD#4
"Power"
3 min to find:
Max Clean to Overhead - No Snatch
(time includes loading your own bar)

WOD #5
"Junkyard"
TBA at event

Scoring is by a point system.  Where you place in each event will be how many points you acquire.  5th place = 5 points, etc..
The person with the least amount of cumulative points at the end of the competition wins.

Had a great time today cheering on all the athletes, especially our own. What an amazing experience to just watch everyone push themselves.

Atlee- Everyone is doing good, but there were no results written down with the exception of individual sheets. When I left there were on WODs 3 and 4 but only on heat 3.
