Breeze you should try out for survivor, seeing as you have fire starting capabilities.

This was my first WOD ever at OTG. I'm sad I'm missing it!!! But the 80 deg weather kind of makes me happy I'm not in Jersey anymore! Miss you guys!!

Mark Sisson says carbs are really just a vehicle for us to enjoy other things. Like spaghetti is just there to hold the gravy, and bread is there to hold the butter. That man is a fool. Bread tastes great. Spaghetti tastes great. I'm all for paleo, but don't tell me carbs don't make life more enjoyable. A steak is good, but tiramisu is better! There, now I'm ready to start paleo.

Lift: 55, 65x2. Ran out of time for the rest. Was having issues with it today. This movement is tough.

Wod: rx'd 11:57. 1 min slower than last time BUT last time I only did chin over for pull ups. C2B felt good until I hit my head from my massive kip. I was practically doing bar MUs lol!

Don't think I'll be in until friday, so have a great Thanksgiving everyone!!!!!
