Congratulations to Mike and Leanna on their wedding tonight!!
Part 1
Each team has 10 mins to complete 10 Rds of work. Only one person working at a time and must complete all 10 cleans before moving on to the wall ball and so on. If the team finishes before the 10 min cap, they use that time to rest and recover. If they do not finish in 10 mins, they are penalized 30 sec of work in the next Part. One person must sit out for 30 sec.
Part 2
One person rows while the other does burpees. Both can work at the same time. If the team finishes before the 6 min cap, they use that time to rest and recover. If they do not finish in 6 mins, they are penalized 30 sec of work in the next Part. One person must sit out for 30 sec.
Part 3
One person does Hollow rocks while the other does Box Jumps. Both can work at the same time.
If you're not looking to compete, but still want to participate we're going to need judges. As a judge, you'll be asked to hold competitors to our standards of movement, count reps, be a positive representative of OTG, etc. You'll get a free lunch and t-shirt too!! Let anyone of the coaches know so we can keep you in the loop on what roles you'll be playing! Thank you and hope to see you there as a competitor, judge, or for support!

Great WOD today!!! Eric and I were a team, we both rx'd and we did well...not sure of our exact times for each round and what our total was but we had a good amount of rest...you are an awesome teammate Eric!

Nothing like a team workout after 12 in ICU!!! Team MILF got it done in 20:13. Jen modified as needed, with KB swing instead of hollow rocks and pushups instead of burpees. She kicked ass.
65lbs for myself, and I ended up stepping up on the 24" box. My legs will not jump after yesterday, not to mention my unmitigated fear of box jumps.. Great job everyone!

I'm such an idiot... I totally tried to attack this TEAM WOD solo today (10/25). Ouch.....!!!! I needed a teammate to tag out.
