Rope Climbs: only did 1 ... 37 secs.

Chris, that's a pretty decent time dude. If you went heavier would it have been really slow or is the weight a limiting factor? Meaning, if you went up ten pounds you might not even be able to snatch it?

Great workout, 9:30! Rx'd. 4:25. Rope climbs tried with no feet, didn't look at time. Then some muscle-ups and wall ball for fun. A month off, back is feeling much better!!

Last time I rx'd this and it took me over 10 minutes. Went lighter.

Kev, 135 would've slowed me down for sure ... probably more in the 6 min range. Not that I couldn't snatch up that weight, but my form by the end would've been even more sh!t thn it already was ...

Any additional thoughts here Nick ???

For those of you at 6:30 tonight. "I could feel the steel" and "I didn't bend my arms, so my so my power didn't end." Snatch time was 6 seconds behind Tania.. haha.. But I know I could've done more weight. 2:38 50lbs.

I hate the rope. It reminds me of being depressed as a child that my sister could climb it and I couldn't. Yea I still can't. However everyone else did, so excellent job 6:30!
