10:30 Review of Standards and Workout
Each Heat will have a limited time to warm-up.  Make great use of the time you're given after a heat has finished.
1st Heat scheduled to start about 11am
More specific heat times, warm-up times and details will be known the day of the event

Mark, Stacey, & Nick: Congratulations on a successful grand opening! How exciting to show off the new place. It looks amazing in the photos. Can't wait to get up there one of these days to see it in person.

I find it interesting that sugarcoat has not yet posted the photo of himself playing with his hair in the mirror. Perhaps it's because his roots hadn't been highlighted for a while.

Wussed out today and let the heat get to me. Neither movement felt bad separate, but together coupled with the back squat had the hip flexors and hammies screaming. Def a lethal mix!

Nice job 5:30 and 6:30!

Well, this was my 2nd WOD as an "official" CF'er @ OTG - EHT. Absolutely loved killin it with all of you at the 6:30 class.
