WOD: 165 lbs. 7:12, that was tough..never gone that heavy in a workout. Those lovely burpees get me every time...Good job everyone, see you all on Thursday:)

one of those weeks and may not get in until Thurs. very happy & sad at the same time, like I told Mark & Nick, they have given more to me over the last 27 months that I could ever give to them. Just save me room on the 2" bar

I didn't realize until I left today that is is exactly 1 year since my first baseline!! Even though I am light years away from where I want to be, I have accomplished quite a bit in the past year.

Mark and Nick - you have both been great to me over the past year. I've learned a lot about myself and what I am capable of. A thousand thank yous for all the support and encouragement. Love you guys!

WOD: 5:16 RX'd, burpees always kill me but I feel like I did quite a bit better on them today than usual but it slowed me from picking the bar back up for the DL
