Finally got those D's down, by the last 3 round I was knocking out 25 at a clip. Dip need work, went with purple band cause I thought Nick was going to jump out of the wood work at any point during the night. Still kicked my though.

back squat: 185 205 225 245 felt good and worked on my stance. Think I pulled a muscle my feet were so far apart
