Today's a year since my 1st baseline/workout at CF in EHT with "Coach" Mark. So, since the 1st anniversary is paper, I bummed a block of chaulk wrapped in paper for the box. :) Happy hands = happy WODs!

WOD: 100lb 6:42 enjoyed every bit of the pain!

What a great 1st year it has been thanks to all of you! Looking forward to more great times ahead! Thanks for all you do!

Thanks to Mark, Nick and all the really great people I have met so far at EHT. First month has been awesome!!...making gains each day...learning alot about myself. Also want to thank those who have helped and encouraged my daughter Catie...she has really benefitted from Crossfit. I am sure it will pay off when she starts rowing at Old Dominion later this month.

Wanted to RX this one but they didn't have enough plates in EHT for me to do body weight so I had to settle for 155lb

My 1 year anniversary is tomorrow and I am feeling like I'm in high school again. Those of you still in high school don't know how good you have it. The older crowd aspires to feel like you do. We all know how great this place is so I will spare everyone my sentiments.

Gonna crush tomorrows WOD (I hope), if there is a bar involved, I'm gluing my hands to it

Could not come close to BW. Could not clean weight up.
Last round was tought, took several attempts to get bar up.
155lbs 9;50 ish
Still no muscle up, need to get done before my 1 year CrossFit anniversary next week.
