Luigi - 5:30 RX'd (well, sorta, I used an abmat to cushion my knee, but I did 135 lbs, so suck it).

A little too much, a little too soon, praying the knee holds up.

Wod: 7:43 w 75 lbs. 1 min slower than last time but 20 lbs. heavier so I'll take that.

Awesome class tonight! Thanks to the beasts (Steve and Kevin) who killed the lift in the 5:30 class. PJ and I started out light and then saw what you guys did. Thanks for the push!
Lift ended @ 265 but couldn't quite hold on to the bar. First two were successful @ 165 & 215.
Rx'd the Wod in 4:44....BUT can't count the time as legit. I wasn't bringing my front foot back all the way for the first two rounds. Bummer, actual time probably would have been mid 5's. Looking forward to doing this one again!

WOD: 7:42 RX'd, over a 1 minute improvement from last time where I did 115lb and K2Chest

Very happy with that improvent

Anyone who did this one in under 6 minutes is an absolute beast

My back is still a mess so I went with 75lbs to be on the safe side. I initially had 95 up but rethought it, good thing too because my back a aching after the WOD.

No lift today for obvious reasons.
