Hollow Rocks
SDHP 75/55lb
Box Jumps 20"


Complete 30 sec of Wall Ball, 15 sec rest, then 30 sec of Hollow Rocks, 15 sec rest, etc.  Once all 4 movements are completed rinse and repeat 7 more times.

Thanks for pushing me on that last round of SDHP Joey O, 3 of those reps I owe to you. Now if you followed me the whole WOD, maybe 600?

First week back feels great, even with the bumps and bruises. Lots of new faces, old friends, great energy, its been a blast. That maybe the first time ever I did 5 days straight, we'll shoot for 6 tomorrow, get some!
