WOD - 7:04 Rx'd ... 1 minute 4 secs slower than last time.
No excuses ... just need to get better.
Big shout out to my wife Emily. Second week back and she kicked Frans ass(maybe not). When I asked her how it was she said "terrible". But in a good way I'm sure.
I was dredding the day this bitch showed up again. I'll have to amake sure I'm there tonight for this one.

Well once again Fran beat my ass. Thrusters suck! I went with Rx this time, mistake. Finished with 12:25, horrible.
Oh well now I know I still need to work up to 95. You it's funny this Crossfit thing. You start feel like your getting back to decent shape and you do a Fran WOD and BAM, back to the dumper.
I got a good stretch afterwards, that was good.
Thank you for your encouragement yesterday Nick. I was truly intimidated. So glad I stuck it out. It pays to screw on your head straight before a workout like Fran! 9:08, 3 minutes better than March! I have to say, I'm pretty psyched. Good job, 5:30.
