Not sure what to do here. I never did just Helen. Last time Leanna and I did Heavy Helen. If I do recall, it wasn't that fun:)

Nice timing. Do this RX'd today, get those butterfly pullups down, and do it again and see the difference.

I don't think I have ever done a Helen. This definitely falls into the category of "it looks easy on paper."

Went light today on the KB, 1 pood. My back is still pretty sore. I finished up with 11:54. Felt good today.

I haven't done this one in quit a while, the last time I finished with something like 15 minutes.
