We're having a Community WOD on Saturday June 26, 2010 in honor of a fallen Navy
Lt. Michael Murphy @ our Williamstown Box @ 9:30am. It will be aceremonious WOD and will start at our 'original' box (the garage) and endat the new one! We're hoping you can all make it! We plan on having a BBQ afterwards and some refreshments. This will be our unofficial opening and wanted to extend the invite to all of our current athletes and friends. Feel free to participate in the WOD, the cheering, the BBQ and/or the refreshments!!

Count me in for the 26th, I'll let you guys know if things change. I have to coach a 12:30 game, but a 9:30 start should give me enough time.
Also, would like to do this Friday, but I am still waiting on the playoff schedule for my son.

Coach Mark & the morning crew, thank you so much for always pushing me to do my best. In this "anatomy of change" I have learned that it's ok to sacrifice who I am for what I can become.
I am so looking forward to "Murph" or "Murph-ain". I know it's going to be hell, but I wouldn't want it any other way. This young, brave AMERICAN gave his "life",so the least I can do is give it my all.
