I couldn't have asked to spend my birthday any other way then with all of you yesterday! Each athlete is so inspiring in your own way. Thanks to Nick, Mark, Stacey, Brett and Justin for the encouragement, amazing food and even better company. Mark and Stacey thank you for always opening your home to us. You have built an amazing cf community!

What an amazing turnout yesterday!

I'd like to thank everyone who made the effort to come out and honor a fallen hero in a way only the CrossFit Community can! The effort and drive all of you showed during a tough workout, in the heat, was truly inspiring to witness!

I'm thankful to of had the chance to hang out with some of you on a more personal level. We our so fortunate to have such an amazing group of people at OTG. I can't wait for the next big event at the new box!

Stacey, you're the unsung hero by far. What an amazing spread you put on for everyone, and I appreciate all you do for me, the kids, and OTG!

Nick, you're one of a kind! Ha, awesome job yesterday, I always love when we get a chance to coach together. You're an amazing friend, amazing coach, and an amazing sugarcoater!

Brett, thanks for helping out, you were awesome! And thanks for taking your shirt off in the first 3 minutes!

And thank you to everyone who brought food, drinks, and your energy!
