We're having a Community WOD on Saturday June 26, 2010 in honor of a fallen soldier
Lt. Michael Murphy @ our Williamstown Box @ 9:30am.  It will be aceremonious WOD and will start at our 'original' box (the garage) and endat the new one!  We're hoping you can all make it!  We plan on having a BBQ afterwards and some refreshments.  This will be our unofficial opening and wanted to extend the invite to all of our current athletes and friends.  Feel free to participate in the WOD, the cheering, the BBQ and/or the refreshments!!

My arms are done!Burnt!!!! Tough workout starting off with the pushups.

Uh oh...more pull ups! Kind of regretting last nights cash out...attempted butterfly pull ups then we did 8 minutes of Cindy. I stopped at 5 rounds because my hands were starting to open.

18 seconds slower than last time, but it was 20lbs heavier today.

I might need a day off tomorrow after the past 3 days...

Trying for the iron man this week, gonna try to do 630am tomorrow and then saturday as well. That would be 6 in a row for me. We will see how it goes, pretty sore right now and just hope we are not hanging from any bars tomorrow, hands are pretty beat up
