Nice, nothing like a little shoulder work!
WOD 22 min and change....65 lb push press, pullups-purple band. The pullups were my struggle. I've been fighting them since I started in March but I am pleased that I was able to do them with the purple band now. Great Job everyone at 930 and thanks for your motivation, didn't think I'd get them done.
