Are you coming!?
Remember to:
Save the date and join in on the fun!!
We're having a Community WOD on Saturday June 26, 2010 in honor of a fallen NAVY
Lt. Michael Murphy @ our Williamstown Box @ 9:30am. It will be a ceremonious WOD and will start at our 'original' box (the garage) and end at the new one! We're hoping you can all make it! We plan on having a BBQ afterwards and some refreshments. This will be our unofficial opening and wanted to extend the invite to all of our current athletes and friends. Feel free to participate in the WOD, the cheering, the BBQ and/or the refreshments!!
Let us know your intentions and looking forward to having you all there!!

Nick- I saw you on the Crossfit Morristown site this morning. You're all over the place man!
Alright, who's wearin a vest on Saturday? Its only appropriate for the Williamstown OG's to wear one. Chris, Wayne, Joey, Matt, E, Big Dog, do you hear me?
I have my own vest and yes I'm wearing it. Not looking forward to it but will wear it.
Rumor has it that Dom will be making an appearance tonight in W'town. If he does not show, don't say anything to me. I'm just passing the word!
Kevin,
I will be in Florida for that week...not hot enough here. HAHA. I plan on doing my version of "Murph" there wearing your T-shirt. Good luck to everyone!!!!

I look forward to doing Murph with the OTG crew (kitted up or in a weight vest). Leanna and I just did it over Memorial Day weekend with the Outlaws. This is a proper way to honor our fallen warriors and it allows us to remember them as opposed to vaguely recalling them. No lamb for the lazy wolf.
4th grade graduation today, hoping for 3pm today, hope it's ok if i have a couple more spectators than usual !
I just went to my local gym to get a protein shake for lunch and was in shock that I used to work out in the Globo World. I was watching a JUICED up guy staring at himself in the mirror then overheard him telling a guy the only decision he has to make is what new tattoo he wants. I love it! Thanks for showing us the light; now where is the Kool-Aid?
I'll be wearing my 45lb. weight vest saturday (25 added lbs from fat gain and 20lb vest) wouldnt have it any other way
E, you're wearing the vest? R we running in SWAT gear, I'll put on the BDU's and the boots if you do:)
last time we ran with the bdu's and bots, no vest. Not sure if I want to go that far
Come on, don't puss out on me:)
Oh snap!!
I'm looking out for you, all that equipment weighs more then you
I don't want to intrude on a cop dialog, but shouldn't the veteran be busting the newbie's balls and not the other way around?

Gonna get there for Saturday as fast as I can.
The Williamstown Social Club was representing at Sea Isle this weekend....
I will definitely be in Wtown for Murph this weekend...actually been looking forward to it!
WOD: Rx'd 8:04. This was a 17 second PR for me. Forearms get me every time! Pretty sure the main problem was the T2B, because the 75lb. SDHP felt good today.
Can't wait til tomorrow! :)
