Just thinking the same thing...hoping it simmers down by 5:30.
Hope everyone that did "Murph" is feeling a little less sore and ready for a good week of working the kinks out.

In response to you thanking me for taking my shirt off in the first 3 minutes I would just like say it was my pleasure. But it was necessary because I was there since 8:30 sweating profusely making sure no leaves were in the gym.
Also, I noticed someone left their sunglasses on saturday. Not sure whose they were, but when I picked them up they were moist.
Stop making me laugh...it hurts! ;)

This WOD definitely deserves comment if only to say, Nick, I will keep on trying to get those wall balls up high and stay midline. This one kicked my butt for sure. Good work 9:30!
Didn't make it in today....my workout was a 4 hour AMWAP...as many wines as possible...my score: too many!

I must apologize to 6pm W'town for taking my shirt off but it was friggin HOT!!
tough WOD tonight, kicked my ass pretty good
19:15, had to use a 14lb ball and do 43 reps instead of a 20lb ball, not sure if that hurt or helped but I will say it sure is easy catching that 14lb ball, never slams you in the nose
Just a little side note about the temperature in EHT today, I might strike a nerve here with a few people but it was too comfy. I felt kind of soft after the WOD and I don't think that its fair the the people in W'town got to sweat a little extra. Just because EHT is equipped with AC, does not mean you have to use it. Now I don't own OTG and I am not a board member either but I think the money saved today by not running the AC could have bought 2 more 20lb med balls

Soreness from "Murph" seems to be better after a less than stellar "Jane." Rx'd 19:22 She is not my friend...yet.
