WOD - 14:01 115lbs and a red/single band for the HSPU
Not a big fan of Nick's new "must get full ROM" on HSPUs so use the band instead of the abmats but I guess this is the only way to get better at them.
I almost considered going rx just so I didn't have to climb into those bands but then I wouldn't have gotten out of the first round.
Off day tomorrow. Hope to make it in for friday...see everyone then
