WOD was 14:44 I think...DL 125 lbs.,not my bodyweight yet, but that is my goal!

Just in case I don't get on here the next couple days due to work, I want to wish everyone competing the best of luck this weekend!!! You guys and gals are gonna kill it NO DOUBT!!!!! GO GET UM!!!!

FINALLY GOT MY MUSCLE UP!! I have been zoned in on it for a few weeks now and finally got it tonight. Thanks everyone for all the encouragement and help along the way.

Accomplished my 1st of 3 crossfit goals that I set for myself this year. Better get working on the other 2

Beat my last time by 4 minutes (It was my third Cross fit WOD) and added 20lbs more on the deadlifts. Quite happy to finally see real growth

Everyone who is participating in the Affiliate Cup , if I don't see you before, best of luck up in Albany. You all have worked so hard and put so much effort into that I'm sure you all will kill it! The entire OTG family is proud of you all.

Most of all enjoy the experience and have fun with it.
Look forward to tracking you all and sharing the experience when you guys return.

Rx'd @ 205 for the deadlift and the other stuff. Nick had a little hesitation on letting me go with 205 but I think I did pretty good considering.

I finished up with 14:54

Pistols were no problem. 3x3 sets with a 20 lbs KB.

Great job on the MU Steve, welcome to the club.

Great job 6:30 crew, you guys are the best!
