3 Squat Clean and Jerks 155/105lbs
15 Wall Ball 20/14lbs

Partner up! Each person will complete their own round. While your partner completes their round that is your rest (use it wisely)!

I know...I bailed today! I was sore from yesterday and tired because I stayed out too late. 8am is gonna be a consistent problem for me, I think.

To make up for today, I'm gonna go for a nice loooong run tomorrow! Hope you guys had fun today! See ya monday!

Well, this was the second time I almost quit a WOD. Thanks Mark for keeping on me, apparently I needed it.

Everyone did so well this morning. Carrie sorry for the extra long breaks, not sure if you even got a good workout. But way to kill it, your wallballs were awesome. Good luck in Alabama, you're gonna do great. Stretch those arms:) and keep in touch.

Carrie and I paired together. I Rx'd (god help me) and we completed it in 42min and some change. Again sorry Carrie, I'm sure your time would have been much better.

Well gonna go get some ice for the back, haha.

WOD 85 lbs, 14 lb ball. 15:33 total. Erika, you did awesome....sorry for slowing us down with the wall balls! It was a fun workout...hard as hell, my shoulders were on fire. It was nice meeting everyone today...first time at the Sat. class! Thanks for your help Brett...see you all soon!

Great workout this morning at 8am. Doug man you smoked it, sorry I took so long on the wall balls, if could have gone unbroken we would have been low 20s. But we got 28 something so close enough! Carrie, best of luck in Alabama!
