well, I walked in to this workout with a goal of 5 rds. and maybe 75-85lb. in weight. I ended up going with 95lbs. and getting through 8 rounds.I feel good that I exceeded my goal...maybe one day I'll RX this one.
Way to go 930 class!!!

It's definitely an upgrade on the t-shirts we got last year. But I'm not sold on skulls and barbells...
true..skulls are a little strange, but anything is a step up from the floor routine-esque gymnastics logo from last year...

Feeling pretty tired today. I should have Rx'd but I felt like I had no energy so I went with 155.
Finished with 7 rds even.
Makes me wonder what I would have gotten with an Rx'd. I'll have to try it again another time and see.

Took way too much time, but felt good to work out again, 2nd time in 2 weeks lol cleans felt really good, failed on 1 jerk. took way too much time to rest, so there's alot of room. Push-ups and box jumps unbroken. Great job 6 o clock! matt hope you feel better, uncle wayne hope you work on your form ;)
