Squat Cleans 135/95lbs
Ring Dips

Squat Cleans - Bar must start from the ground. Full ROM on the squat and finish with weight in the front rack position with elbows in front of the bar and legs/hips at full extension.
Ring Dips - Start and finish at the top of the ring dip with full elbow extension. The shoulder must be below the elbow at the bottom of the ring dip and hips and shoulders must travel equal distance.
There will be no sessions on Saturday March 27.

I started watching the olympic lifter doing King Kong on main site today, but had to shut it off after he showed up in a smart car with his body from the shoulders down painted on it....
mark/nick if either of you do something like that, we are not going to be friends anymore. Even if you can do king kong...

Just finished up painting my car to look like Dave Morgan's smart car, figured with the added paint job i can now clean 275 and deadlift 500...worth a shot
10:56 with 95lbs. Sometimes your the bug, sometimes your the windshield. Felt like the right weight, but disappointed I'm still rockin the 95lb bar. Felt like a rookie today.
Nick, nice try. Your Jedi mind tricks don't work with me. Chris will get his shirt, and you should split it with me. And when are we designing our shirts for the run?

I actually watched the first round then shut it off. Just sounded more dramatic if I shut it off after he got outta that golf cart.
FYI...anyone who signed up for the Tough Mudder...check your bank or credit card statements to make sure they didn't enroll you for a "Active Membership". It's a $59.95 charge annually. I have no recollection of seeing anything that said I would be enrolled. After waiting on hold for 15 mins they refunded the charge no problem. Have a feeling they may have gotten a bunch of people on this.

So because I was the only one at 3 today and mt shoulder still hurts, Mark let me change the wod up, thanks Mark. I did the first sectional wod and finished 12:02.
Redeemed myself with a 6 mile run through the woods. I've never run that much in my life(I hate to run), and last year I would have passed out if I had to run 2 miles. Tough Mudder I'm comin for your ass.

Did wod 2 1st. 13:32. Front squats were fine couldn't get goin on DU's during 50/60's couldn't get more than 4 strung together. Elizabeth RX'd 10:10
Sounds like this was a quite humbling workout for a lot of people as it was for myself. Lots of respect for anyone who did this RX'd especially JV who really toughed it out.

Ya this WOD beat my ass. Of course I was stupid about and Nick made sure to let me know, again.
So I decided to RX this one, don't ask why, maybe to see if I could. I finished but I had a time of 26:05 or something.
Once again to big for my britches, but I finished. I would have to say this one was all mental for me. So even though I bombed on going RX I still finished, though I wanted t quit after the first 12 reps.
So what did we learn today. DON'T DO A LONGO!
