Way to go Patrick, you finished your first Angie, great job and way to push through. Patty P and Aurea proved once again why this community is so great. After doing it themselves they joined in and did the sit ups and squats with Patrick. Well done 9:30 crew, you make us proud!!!

WOW, that was something, 42 friggin mins never seemed so long, sorry, i forgot to wipe my skin off the bar after those pull ups!

Funny I was just thinking the other day that I need to start doing a lot of pullups to try and improve on them.
However, I realized yesterday that my shoulder needs a rest. It has been a little sore since we did fran.
Not gonna make it in for this one unfortunately but I think I will do double-under angie at home tonight. Less stress on the shoulder.

Had to do Jackie today. I've been excited about doing it since it was posted a few days ago. Rx'd-7:32. Over a minute improvement from when I did it last! Gonna get to Angie soon too. Looking forward to getting in tomorrow or saturday!

Super fun day. Rx'd 20:05. Son of a... if I only listened to Mark and didn't take that 6 second break on my squats. Oh well, 3 minutes better than my first Angie and I used a blue band then.

I think I spent about 80% of the time on the pullup/pushups.

Thank you Mark for letting me know when I was approaching my 30 min cut off!! Helped me really pick up the pace on those last squats! :)

Hopefully I can still move my body for tomorrow's wod! See everyone tomorrow!

Awesome day today in EHT!!! Everyone did amazing! A lot of BIG PR's and amazing first efforts at this WOD. Too many people to congratulate, but here are some notables...

rx'd 27:44. First time I did Angie, I opened a lol at the end. Tape definitely helped. I am takin tomorrow off, I worked out 10 of the past 11 days and my body I exhausted!
