So sleepy today ... getting in at 2:30 am then going to a 9:30 am Crossfit class does not set up for a successful WOD. Just putting this out there as an early "excuse" of my "already expected" piss-poor time on this one today!

Couldn't hit another PR in deads. Disappointed but felt like shit from the beginning of the night. Failed at 395. Then did the wod at 75 my shoulders a little banged up, finished 3:23

Wayne - was quagmire a knock at my middle name Glendon? its a family name, named after my great great granbdfather Glendon J Spears, a civil war general with the north, who fought in the battle of..ok who am I kidding, it is a little weird, but it I guess is just some formal older version of Glen, and it was my grand father's name, my dad's dad, who passed when my dad was very young, anyway, if you weren't making fun of it - disregard, anyway, skipped out on geeky friday to do some liver exercising and with a little bit of skiing mixed in. You know, you'd be surprised how fast you can down a beer when the end of the lift is coming and you have to get off. PS - can't wait to see some published versions of those pics!
