ohh yeah, another exciting day of crossfit at 0tg. Joyce, great to see you so glad you're aboard! Matt is next! Definately will help his b-ball skills. Not sure about my time as I had to run out to a chiro appointment, but I can say my grip held me back a bit. lost a sdhp b/c I dropped it and couldn't string as many t2b as I would have liked. Signed up for two days/week now. Psyched!

7:25 I dis toes to bar on the rings so it took me a few to get the hang of them. I couldn't really bench- hurt my shoulder too much :(
