Have you signed up for Sectionals yet?!!? Make the competition a FUN experience!! It's your only opportunity to participate in the CrossFit Games individual competition!! There is no, 'I'm not ready,' I'm out of my league,' 'I'm not strong enough,' etc...these are excuses that keep you from excelling - and again, it's going to be FUN!! It's roughly 1 month away, and being held in Montclair, NJ on March 27 and 28. If you choose not participate, we encourage you to come up and support your fellow OTG athletes (there is a spectator fee). You can register here.

Kyle- I would advise against 6:00. Not that I don't want you there, but if theres a way we can avoid having to run 3 heats that would be great.

Can't make it today but I want to try this at home. I have a dumbell I can use for the KB's and really unstable push up handles I can use to replicate (sort of) the ring push ups.
Coaches: how do I sub for the 500m row? I have a treadmill, two kids and a dog available as equipment.

Workout looked awesome today. Wish I did it. Talked to Kristi about the numbers of people doing the tough mudder. Figuring close to 20. I think I am going to start an additional team for the over flow. Baically everyone I talked to wanted in. Unless there is no max?? Looked like the last group was 11-20. any ideas? Also, I think I'm going to participate in the sectionals. F-it!
K-Pop - your time was 10:53, and you did a terrific job today!! As a matter of fact, it was great seeing everyone push through those Ring Push Ups and the last row!! So inspiring!!

I find it amazing that I have been coming to Crossfit over a year and I am still doing exercises I have never done before. With that said, today was the first time I did ring push ups. I finished in a whooping 18:02. Afterward I worked on stringing pull ups.
