Burpees, Box Jumps, Sit-Ups, Push Press, Air Squats

Anyone coming to 6:30 pm tonight? I came this morning at 630 am with Mark, but no one else showed. Was to scared to to FGB by myself , so Mark and I went for Breakfast instead!
Be back tonight at 6:30, cannot make it earlier this today

248 total today in EHT @ 9:30 ... 18 better than my last FGB, but not pleased cause I set a goal total of 275. Definitely lost alot of time during transition and having to keep my own score. Much better when you have a teammate pushing you and keeping score for you.

Oh, and by the way, I got 2 single muscle-ups afterwards, so I put my name on the EHT board ... at the top !!!

Last fgb was done sept 25, 2010?! I didn't realize time was moving backwards...

I did 35 lbs on sdhp and push press last time and a 10 lb wall ball...my score was 203

Today I rx'd and got 227. I was happy with the improvement. :)

Great job everyone in eht!! I love having a 'coach' counting my reps! Helps me push through! See you guys tomorrow!

252 Rx'd today (PR). Last time was 237 with a 14 lb. ball. Just keep chipping away and eventually I'll get to 300.
