i'm tired and sore from yesterday. that shizz was tough. not looking forward to this but going to get it done.
We are Crossfit Off The Grid: We don't write fancy things on the wall and have a Bill of Rights. We show up and beat the shit out of our bodies, go home, repeat.
is it just the deads that are unbroken or the ring dips too? that would change things a lil.
Just the deads are unbroken...if the ring dips were unbroken, it might be a 2 hr workout for me lol

Just updated the canceled sessions for EHT. We are bagging the 12pm class, and we will hopefully know what we're gonna do by 1:30 for the rest of the day. We will keep you posted!

Great programming: deadlifts two days after snatch grip deadlifts. I don't know if I'm being a wise ass or serious. My ass feels like I fell at the skating rink! This is an all skate, all skate.
Usually in a week, if you look back, a WOD we do usually has the movement(or similar movement) we did as a skill a few days before hand...
i.e. practice the skill then put it to use in the WOD

Did the WOD in my garage. Pistols were to a 12" box. Rx'd and all sets unbroken, including ring dips. It's been a tough week.

How CrossFit-esque...in ancient Egypt, teams of 10 men had to drag slabs up the sides of the pyramids and set them into place. Whatever team finished first or hauled more slabs was rewarded with beer...yes, suds for slabs for time...
