Wod looks good! Good luck to everyone today. Today is a rest day for me...which is soooo hard to do. But I keep telling myself rest is just as important as the workouts! My shoulder is feeling much better so I'm looking forward to tomorrow!

Today I did 85lb. front squats instead of squat cleans. By next Thursday I'm gonna try to use this shoulder again! YAY!

Last round of DU's I strung the first 30 together, so I was pretty pleased with that. It was a PR for me :)

Okay, so I now know how important rest days are. My two weeks straight are catching up to me. I think I will be taking tomorrow off, gonna be tough, but my body is angry with me.

Falling in love with 155# though, used it for my past 3 WODs at OTG. Playing it in the lotto tomorrow. But I still think I'll throw on those wooden plates and use 157.5 next time it is Rx'd just to spice things up.
