For the ring dips I had my toes touch the ground to give some assistance. Not sure how to scale that one. Felt about right though. Burpees were brutal. Got that feeling of "how am I going to get through this?" Watch got screwed up. So annoying... don't have a time.

This is how I found it. So, try this: from the main site, go to the Google search box on the right. Type in Named WOD standards. Then, click on the first link. It will take you to the Crossfit Discussion Board. Look at the bottom of the first blog post (Michael Bell). :)
