13:00 @ 205. Also looking forward to getting my deadlifts down. We got our deadlift PR today- 305. Could have maybe gone a bit higher but we ran out of weight, ha. Can't wait for my next OTG Class!

105Ib, regular push-ups (8:40) I think my fastest time ever for a 5 rounder but it flew which tells me that I should opt for ring push-ups next time and up the Ib'age for the DL. Just wasn't sure how my back was going to respond. Everything feels good. See everyone next week! Safe and good weekend all!

Started eating Primaly last week and wanted to track my performance periodically so I did the baseline as a warm up today and pr'd it y 15 seconds. My previous pr was only 5 seconds, so I'm happy. Went light with the wod, only deadlifted 185, but all in all felt awesome.
