This will be the "serious" post from me after today's Throwdown ... I am SOOOOOOOO proud of everyone that competed today !!! It was truly inspirational to be there all together pushing each other.

Today was a really good day for OTG... everyone did awesome and i think we were one of the more represented gyms there.. Overall i would rate this as a good experience.. eye opening and humbling but this good.. It was awesome meeting some of our friends from williamstown too
Today was awesome! It was great cheering everyone on and helped alot when everyone cheered me on. We were mob deep, we took over the joint! I'll bet when people go to the globo gym they don't know three people there, let alone truck up to the city on a Saturday to support them. OTG rules! So glad I got off my ass a year ago.
Wow! Words can't even express how amazing and fun today was! Coaches, friends, family and OTG family, thank you for everything! You're an incredible group of people!
It was so great to meet our W-town teammates and see the box where it started.

Today was an overall great experience! Sometimes we are the hardest on ourselves, I know I am, but am so happy to have completed both WOD's.
It was great to share the experience with our Williamstown teammates.
Kevin, you are so right about the OTG family, it is such a close knit, supportive group of people that I am proud to be a part of and that you never find at a regular gym.
Nick and Mark Thanks again for the constant encouragement and for all our OTG supporters for coming out and cheering us on.
