Who's signing up for sectionals in March!?!? (a necessity to compete in the qualifier which is a precursor to the CrossFit games)

Don't wait until the "Throwdown" is finished to sign-up for sectionals! It's a way to be a part of a CrossFit HQ sanctioned competition that anyone can compete at! The top 30 male and female athletes will compete at the North East Qualifier in Albany in May...

Fun 4:30 today. Enjoyed the WOD but my back is stiff!

did front squats wednesday so i opted to just do the wod. finished with 2:08 rx'd with 155. PC let me down last round, need to get stronger.

I can't believe I'm actually sitting here laughing so hard it hurts! What a fun day in EHT! You guys did great today!

The 4:30 crew was too much today! Paul, you and Bambi may be a better show than Nick and I! You impressed me with your third set...if I hit that note you did on the second rep, I would of been done right there, but your laser-like focus wouldn't break down...inspiring!!!!

What an amazing group of people we have...we workout hard as hell...but at the same we have fun doing it...what a great balance!
