1. I hate how I can't see it on my phone, therefore I have no clue what everyone is talking about until the end of the day...and I hate not knowing the WOD.
2. I'm bummed I couldn't come in today, especially considering I had to take a test that made me feel like a big idiot.
3. As for the music...can we just get a little variety?! I don't care how you change it up, but I am starting to get a little tired of the same songs...just sayin.

Loved the blogcast-really entertaining with an early morning cup of coffee so keep 'em coming-more than 2 x's a week please! Maybe you could each do a little karaoke for us-that's my suggestion :) WOD tonight-bummed that I didn't get more rounds in (only 7 & red band for the pull ups) oh well. Thrusters were tough too. Good job 5:30 crew! Everyone did awesome.

Great blogcast! The sky is the limit with all that talent in front of the camera. Not really a music guy but prefer the music at Crossfit to make me want to punch someone in the face for no good reason. Lots of QT with the trainer at 6 o'clock in W'town. As far as music goes, I prefer the hard stuff. PJ and Tool work for me but maybe we just need some new mixes. Justin was kickin some grunge tonight that I thought was a bit before his time but it worked for me...System of a Down, Monster Magnet, Saliva, old school Metallica, 311, Modest Mouse (which I think Nick plays once in a blue moon). If you play rap, that would work too but its gotta be old and angry like Public Enemy or Cypress Hill. Pop music combined with a really difficult WOD will be instantaneous pukies for me.
First day back after doing half a WOD last week, basically had almost 4 weeks off but I think I'm falling off the wagon finally. 85-115-125-135-155 thrusters WOD 6 rounds +5 +4 Those push ups sucked and my squat is super slow
