Kristi, I'm still in for 3:30!Comin' in with a bum shoulder & I'm sure I'm doin' a ton of singles instead of DU's...lol It's all good...
Finally got back in today. It was great to get back at it but I had to work out by myself (930am??).
Wasn't too excited about coming back to DUs but turned out I was strongest on them today than any other exercise. Strung 21 in a row during one of my 3 sets!!!
Oh yeah, only did 3 sets, still not quite feeling it but I got 3 sets in at 1 pood and 95lb in 19 mins and some amount of seconds.

Winter Throwdown -
Just talked to Jay from CrossFit 215... he said there will be a WOD (aprox) at 10am and 12pm...and a social from 2-6pm..
Also to register go to 'mindbodyonline.com' and hit clients, then type in crossfit 215 and register away!!
We are getting a great turnout from both gyms and are still waiting for a bunch more from our community to register!! If you don't want to compete, but want to go to cheer everyone else on - let us know, so we can carpool and go up together!!

Yep, that was a grinder for sure. Steve, I feel your pain, I was the only one there at 6:30pm in EHT. Plus I had Nick snippin at my heels(which is a good thing of course) thanks Nick.

This was one WOD that I thought , " how am I going to finish it" 1000 singes, becasue I would still be there if I was doing DU
1.5 KB and 115 Push Jerk. Finished 24 min.

I love when I get to RX a workout - yes it took forever but I did it! My time was a little over 24mins.
Paul, thanks...I did that too. But, it didn't ask for any $$$. Just name,email, etc. I'm not sure that's the registration. Glad you're doing it! We gotta get DU's figured out! :)

Kristi, I did it through 215's main site the way you & Paul did (no money requested) and tried to do it at mindbodyonline.com as well (it wouldn't go to the payment part and said contact 215). So, I emailed them, again, tonight. I put your name in the e-mail too. I think there's a glitch somewhere. I'll give 'em a shout tomorrow. See you in the am :)
Nick...forgot to tell you, I did my RKC with James from CFNRG! Hung out with him. Helluva nice guy!
