Robb Wolf and Greg Everett have been de-affiliated from CrossFit. That's a huge loss and one that I'm sure HQ will regret in the future.
Feeling good from yesterday...even though Nick still has me by one pull-up! My grip was my limiting factor. I had more than enough juice left to pull myself up. My hands didn't want to hold onto the bar anymore. See you tomorrow. Might go for max muscle-ups!
I'm gonna beat Welbourne's time on this.
AHHHHHHH!!!!! Might not be able to come tomorrow because of a scheduling conflict with swimming. So ready for this season to be over.
W'Town 9:30 class did 7 rounds on the lift today for some reason ... 115, 135, 145, 155, 165, 175, 185.
WOD - 5:48 @ 225 lbs.
Yahoo! Did the DU's in the warm-up & got 4 kipped pull ups after the WOD. That's big for me!
Lift: 75, 85, 85, 95(f), 90(f) kinda bummed on last 2.
WOD: 115lbs 4:05 (20lbs more than last DL WOD, happy with time)

I wanted to say oops for 12/14's post. I lied, I only got 8 rounds not 9. My bad, it won't happen again.
Nick also wanted me to say, all females participating in the winter throwdown must wear high socks because I quote "It's hot"
High socks sounds good - the kind with the cool stripes at the top? lol.

Lift: 135-155-175-205-Failed at 225
WOD: 4:03 with 275 lbs
Could have gotten 225 on the jerk if my technique was better. Nick, sorry i let you down with the WOD. Ill work on my burpees. Good job Kristi and Jackie.
