I made them this morning, and used my org. maranatha peanut butter (and some cinnamon!) Came out pretty good.. Just 2 bananas, 1 egg and some peanut butter and I get pancakes?! It seemed so strange..lol
i've found that any substance you can get to pancake batter consistency will cook into pancakes lol
for example...applesauce, almond butter, egg = pancake
michelle, almond meal is great for that, only thing is, it can make the pancakes heavy if you add too much... almond meal is also awesome for fried chicken
To get off the food subject... Deadlift: 255-315-345-365- Failed at 405, then 385 WOD: 7:05.. Could have been faster but my first 8 or 9 pull ups didnt count. Feel like im dying now.. Nick- i finally registered for the thing in philly
Really enjoyed tonight's WOD!!!!Also the deadlift before the WOD. I had a PR of 195 for 3 reps. I am finally getting the mental side together!!!! If you can call what I did for hollow rocks than I Rx'd this one in 10:15. Can't wait for Freaky Friday and the great 6:00PM crew in "town". Thanks to everyone for the coaching and pushing me... The 'older' man can still hang. LOL

maxed out at 325 but didn't look good and did 15:37 for the wod. Def need to improve
I, Too, had a significant mental block today on those deads... 95, 115, 135, 155, Failed at 185, 175, and then 165. I was pretty upset with myself, but then... 8:52 on the wod. Pull ups were chin over bar. Poor tina was gettin thrown all over the place with our kips shaking the bar! Lol! Nick-we'll see about the winter throwdown...I'm considering it.
I will be back with the 630 crew real soon, can't believe all these solo workouts
930am, 430pm and 630pm were all solo yesterday? but I guess I can understand, no one wanted to come to do the DUs. I almost bailed on it too and wound up doing my best ever one them

Oh..FUUUUDDDGE...Flooded in so I'm experimenting with the Almond Banana Pancakes from Mark's Daily Apple. Try to get to the 6:30 tonight.
Umm...add almond meal or coconut flour which is what I'm guessing they did to make theirs look so pretty & stay together.

Experimenting with a variation of my diet and felt pretty good today. Did a couple wods and did burpees instead of pull-ups for this one
