Push ups

Max effort on each exercise for 3 minutes. Rest 1 min. between each.

WOD - total of 197 (106 bj's, 41 k2e, and 50 push ups) ... then 100 ('ish ... I lost count) situps ... then PR'd my pullups @ 25 (previous high was 22).

So all in all, a good day today.

My thighs are on fire from Fran and "The Lion"..I'm walking like the Gingerbread man! I wouldn't dream of attempting to jump on a box today!
