Yep, today was the first time I was unable to complete the wod. And I have demonstrated how well I do not do with failure. Sorry Mark, Michelle and Jules for the partial break down. I thought I was able to RX, however, I was mistaken. I made it to 75 front squats and did somewhere around 60 burpees. Yes, sad. Although on a happy note, this is day 5 without a soda or candy and the anger is finally starting to subside. I'll be there next week ready to kick some ass. Thanks for trying to push me Mark:)

Kristi, I wanted to quit this WOD about 3 or 4 times during it. Basically, this WOD flat out SUCKED !!! One of the most difficult if not the MOST difficult I've done in my past 8 months. Thanks to Nick for not letting me quit. I had to take a "rest minute" which added to my overall time. With all that being said, RX'd with a time of 17:55 ... that equates to 90 Burpees in addition to the 100 squats (squat weight total of 9,500 lbs !!!).

I know I'll be hurting tomorrow, but so proud of myself for getting through this one today !!! Good luck to everyone else today !!!

Kristi, you have no reason to apologize!!! I was blown away with how well you did! It was inspiring to all that were there to see you push yourself to the limit!

I've been there....ask Nick about "Barbara" and "3 bars of Death"....not two of my best days!!!!! And those are the days that make us stronger...

(I'm drinking this soda in honor of you Kristi, not because I want to)

So I flew into BWI late last night from a work trip to Ohio, decided to stay at Mikes in VA. So I did the WOD at CFA this moring...100 pull ups for time (at the top of every min you did 3 burpees), I did that in 11:34 and then headed home.

Then I had this great idea to do a 2-a-day and hit our wod tonight. After reading the comments I am very afraid to now do this....wish me luck:-)

Ok so I saw Kristi earlier today up at the mall (while I was banging out some parking tickets) and I was making fun of her for not finishing the WOD today.

So I guess what comes around goes around because I too did not finish. This was the one WOD that beat my ass mentally. I can say I honestly quit on this one. What a crappy feeling.

I went with 95lbs and could only get 60 reps, and it took me 17:55 to get there. Mark was telling me to go for 70 and I was like F that I'm done. Horrible, I'll be beating myself up until I can redeem myself on Monday. I hope I don't see this one again for like ever.

Good job to Joe and Leanna, you guys smoked my ass on this one. Thanks Mark for reminding me how fast my burpees are (hahaha), and pushing me along.

I won't post my results. Honestly, I'm happy to have finished. This was the hardest wod I've ever done. My back totally seized up, couldn't move at all. Had to take a three minute break for Nick to stretch me out. I was this close to quitting when I hear Nick yell" there's no way your not finishing this". If I had the strength I would have punched him and walked out. But I didn't, so I sucked it up and finished. Thanks coach, I really wouldn't have done it without your help. Man that sucked!

Every now and again, a WOD comes along that will test you in ways you couldn't comprehend before actually doing it. Congrats to everyone for attempting this one!!

Yeah, this one was brutal. Tried to focus on consistent sets of squats, which ended up being only 5 per set from about the halfway point on.

Leanna, two 100 set WOD's...thats awesome, good work!
