The bar shouldn't touch the ground throughout the round. Be extra careful bringing the weight down from the last jerk to the back squat (controlling it to your back makes it a little dicey).

...ain't that the way it always goes. I missed Fran yesterday b/c of friggin jury duty.
Yowzer! This WOD was tough....20 mins felt like eternity. Second 1/2 went faster than the first. Shoulders are burning and I can't bend my wrists but other than that-feel great :)
20 rds + 1 pc (45Ibs) having a hard time reaching the depth in the squat. Need to work on that.
Nick-thanks for the constant encouragement & tough love. I heard somewhere that pain is weakness leaving your body. I feel stronger already.
I keep missing all these great workouts. Oh well, should be back soon. Have been a bit busy again.
Wife and I had a baby boy yesterday morning and he is doing great. Nicholas Mathew is on a strict diet of breast milk and is working on his pushup.

Good/tough WOD today. 20 minutes of AMRAP felt like it was going to take forever, then when Nick called 5 minutes left I was relieved.
