So, even though I have been @ OTG since March of this year, this was my first FRAN ... 8:04 RX'd (95 lbs).

Now I have a goal for the next one !!!

well, my firast fran at OTG.. Got a personal record by 1 second with 5:44. not very satisfied with it but at least i know what i have to work on (thrusters). thanks for pushing me mark and good job 9:30 class at eht

I have been here for over a year and it's MY first fran... I always miss it! Stinks I'm doing it pregnant!!

2nd time w Fran. Today, 55lbs & red 7:54. 20lbs heavier & used blue before. 35 sec slower. Disappointed til Mark said that's 900lbs more lifting...so, YAY ;)

Next time, RX'ing! Jim, must be the cookies...great job! Mark, thanks for the push. I love Mondays!!!

Spanked out an 8:28 today with 75lbs. Felt like crap coming in today and did not think I was going to do well at all. But, somehow I ended up with a Pr of 2:02 faster then last time. Just goes to show Crossfit works, even if you eat badly.

I wonder how well I will do when my diet gets worked out?

Yipee:) Rx'd my first Fran today, I know Mark was scared - haha. Got it in 9:56. Not the best time, but it's a start. Still all smiles:) Great job 4:30 crew.

OK...I watched the 7 month pregnant lady do Fran...Im wondreing what weight she used?? Looked like maybe 65lbs...15lb plates w 35lb bar (RXd).. Anyway- I dont think any dr in their right mind would think that's ok to do when ur 7 months pregnant...Not suppose to get out of breath, no squatting deeper than 90 degrees, no jumping...(Everything she did) Why risk it??? I think shes an idiot!! Sorry... There are also people that jump off bridges...doesn't make it right!!! Ok..Im done...HA HA

I think I'm with you on that one Andria. God forbid the baby is premature or just not 100% perfect, she'll be sayin "I should have never done Fran!!!!" Theres maybe one instance in life when crossfit isnt the shit, and being 7 months pregnant is probably it. But hey, what do I know, its probably her tenth kid and she's been crossfitting for every one.

Last time I did Fran I got 14:04 with 55lbs and a single band, today I did 65lbs and single band and dropped my time to 8:44. Hopefully next time I can RX!

5:14 rx'd, missed my PR by one second, but still 2:30 better then my last one (bad day - long story), feels good to finally get Fran out of my head (with the help of Joe O & Nick)!

Congrats to all the great times posted. This was my first Fran.
Went for Rx'd. Maybe a little ambitious. I posted an 8:23. Could not string together any pull ups. That got very aggravating. Looking forward to a better time in the future. 6 months in the future would be fine.
