No idea how I am going to be able to play a double header field hockey game tomorrow. My legs are killing me.
But great job everyone, great times. Can't wait for the next challenge.
What's the next challenge? Do I hear Fran? Fight Gone Bad? Today was awesome, everyone put out hard.
Finished up with 12:48 a whooping 2 seconds fast then last time, but still an improvement. I guess I still need a lot of work on those damn thrusters.
Overall everyone did really great today. Makes me proud to be part of the OTG family.
Mark, Nick, Stacy, Justin and Brett you guys did a awesome job running the show today. It went so smooth and there were no problems. Great jobs guys really!
Brett I don't now what to say.... a 6:44. You're like a superman. Way to go.
I can't wait until the next challenge. Just image how much more fun it will be with more people in the OTG family.
I can't say enough how great today was! The energy was inspiring as were all of you. Thank you to everyone who came out today from the competitors to those CF'ers who came just for support it means a lot to us. Thanks too to all of your family and friends who came to check it out. It's nice to let them see how hard you guys work and all of your accomplishments.

Regardless of whether you did better, worse, or the same (JOE i dunno how you managed that!)Take some time to think about what's worked for you and what things you need to fix(maybe its diet and recovery).
